What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, pro shop name, email address, phone number (if given), and any notes you include. That is the only information we actively collect from visitors.
Our hosting provider maintains standard web logs (IP address, user agent, request timestamp) for security and operational purposes.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a conversation.
- To evaluate whether ProShop Assurance is a fit for your shop.
- To onboard your shop if you become a partner.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for third-party advertising. We do not share it for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers we use to operate the business — for example, our email delivery, form processing, and hosting providers — and only to the extent needed for them to perform their functions. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
If you become a ProShop Assurance partner, onboarding involves additional information exchange governed by a separate partner agreement.
How long we keep it
We retain contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond and, where applicable, to maintain our business relationship. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@proshopassurance.com.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided. Email hello@proshopassurance.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may set technical cookies under Google's control.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do.
