What qualifies as "didn't perform"?

Your customer's subjective call within the 90-day window. No inspection, no arguments. The guarantee is useful at point of sale because you can promise it without hedging — and that's the point.

What does "same category" mean on an exchange?

Drivers for drivers, irons for irons, wedges for wedges, putters for putters. The customer exchanges within the same club type. Price difference is settled between you and the customer at the point of exchange.

How is my exchange-rate tier calculated?

It's the percentage of your guaranteed sales that resulted in an exchange claim over the trailing 30 days. New partner shops start at Tier 1 by default, with the tier reviewed monthly.

What if the returned club is damaged?

Normal play wear is expected and covered. Visible negligence — bent shafts, damaged faces, missing components — is grounds for a reduced payout. Edge cases are reviewed individually; we'll never surprise you on a claim.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

Month-to-month on the platform membership. Cancel anytime. Any guarantees already sold to your customers stay active through their 90-day term regardless.

When are premiums billed?

Premiums settle weekly. Every Monday we bill the total of the prior week's guaranteed sales, itemized in your portal.

How long does onboarding take?

Under a week. Portal setup, a 30-minute training call, and point-of-sale materials shipped to your shop. Most new shops are live within five business days.
